These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VelaGo ("Service"), operated by NEA ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the VelaGo platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms in full.
VelaGo is an AI-powered communications platform for independent financial advisors. The Service generates client performance reports, LinkedIn authority content, client newsletters, and prospect proposals based on data submitted by the user. Outputs are delivered within 24 hours of submission.
VelaGo offers the following subscription plans:
All subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method on a monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period, except as described in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to:
All outputs generated by VelaGo using your submitted data are owned by you. You retain full rights to use, modify, and distribute those outputs. We do not claim ownership over content generated on your behalf.
We treat all submitted client data as confidential. We do not share, sell, or use your submitted data for any purpose other than generating your requested outputs. Data is processed and then discarded in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs are tools to assist your workflow — they do not constitute financial, legal, or regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing all outputs before use with clients.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or client relationships.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
