You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent and authority to submit client data to our platform under applicable financial regulations in your jurisdiction.

• Paddle: Our payment processor, for billing purposes only
• Infrastructure providers: Hosting and cloud services operating under strict data processing agreements
• Legal authorities: Where required by applicable law

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and secure data storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 90 days after cancellation. Submitted client data used for output generation is deleted within 30 days of output delivery. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
