This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which NEA ("Company") provides refunds for VelaGo subscriptions. We are committed to being fair, transparent, and reasonable.
We offer a 7-day refund window on your first payment. If VelaGo is not right for you, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
If you are a new subscriber and are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This applies to all subscription tiers: Core ($99), Authority ($299), Elite ($799), and Concierge ($3,000).

After the first-payment guarantee period, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. This is because:

Concierge plan refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis given the custom nature of the deliverables. We commit to resolving all Concierge refund requests within 5 business days of receipt.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
